Exclusive, copyright and legality of the dissemination of the guide

Taking into account that the data for EPG includes texts of TV programs, as well as screenshots of TV programs and that the data for EPG are for informational purposes only, EPG Service guarantees that the use of TV programs in the formation of data for EPG does not violate the copyright of TV channels, as in accordance with the PP.4 p. 6 article. 1259 of the civil code of the Russian Federation TV programs are not subject to copyright, and guarantees the legality of the use of screenshots of TV programs in the formation of data for EPG in accordance with the PP.1 section 1 of article 1274 of the civil code.
